Our Process

 Jireh Industrial Services offer trench drain installation, trench drain repair (when possible) and trench drain replacement.

Our trench drain installation process includes: 

  • Locate existing drain lines.
  • Saw cut & remove existing concrete.
  • Excavate the opened area to expose any drains or drain lines.
  • Plumb in pipe and connect to drain or drain line.
  • Attach forms to trench drains and set the trench drain in the prepared opening.
  • Connect the pipe to the trench drain.
  • Back fill & compact over excavated drain line with gravel removed during excavation.
  • Place & tie rebar, install rebar dowels and pour back concrete.
  • Remove forms from the trench drain and finish the concrete.
  • Install screens & grates of the trench drain.
  • Apply an appropriate floor coating over the new concrete, if necessary.

Trench Drain Installation Process

Step 1

Locate existing drain lines and saw cut.

Step 2

Remove existing concrete and excavate the opened area to expose any drains or drain lines.

Step 3

Step 4

Plumb in pipe and attach forms to trench drains. Set the trench drain in the prepared opening.

Step 5

Connect pipe to trench drain, back fill & compact over excavated drain line. Place & tie rebar.

Step 6

Pour back concrete.

Step 7

Remove forms from the trench drain and finish concrete.

Step 8

Install screens & grates of trench drain. Apply appropriate floor coating over new concrete, if necessary.
